Educational Qualification/Experience
Hence Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Management / Human Resources from any accredited foreign or local University recognized by HEC. The candidates should have at least 25 years post qualification HR & Admin experience in Public Sector Technology / Power Companies, Cumulative 5 years must be in senior management position reporting directly to Chief Executive and BoD. Furthermore the candidates from Private sector must have 25 years’ experience in large companies (minimum 500 employees), directly reporting to CEO and Board of Directors. Moreover Preference will be given to candidate having profound understanding of the HR dynamics of Public Sector
