About Competent Authority:
Likewise, Heart disease continues to be the important cause of death in Pakistani population with a continuous increase in frequency due to the aging population and poor management of risk parts at the community and primary health care level. Similarly, Peshawar Institute of Cardiology, Mediacl Teaching Institute (PIC-MTI) is the flagship project of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Health Department to improve cardiac departments in the public sector in the fields of research and treatment.
Moreover, It was considered, the construction started and is projected to complete in. Furthermore, It is formed over an area of 33 kanals with a covered area of 372000 sq.feet. Meanwhile, As part of the MTI act, it is run by a BOG and has an organizational structure as defined in the MTI act of 2015 and its subsequent amendments. Additionally, It has by-laws and medical staffing regulations, in general to other MTIs as defined by the Health Policy Board of KP.
In Addition, PIC is almost ready and will be approved soon. Besides, It is going to be the most modern and well equipped hospital in KP and will present state of art cardiac care facilities to the poor people of KP who currently have very little access to such care in KP and are required to seek help in other provinces. Indeed These services will be presented by an exceptionally well trained faculty, based on most scientific and evidence-based practices. Hence PIC will help improve the pool of highly trained and motivated medical human resource for other public hospitals in KP and will provide significantly towards prevention of cardiac illnesses through a robust educational and research agenda.
Preferred Qualification:
Hence B.Sc Nursing or Post RN.BSc.N with valid PNC registration. Indeed 5 Years of post-qualification supervisory experience in a tertiary care hospital. Meanwhile, 3 years of post-qualification managerial experience in a tertiary care hospital. Particularly, Pharm-D or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized university. However, 4 Years of post-qualification experience in a tertiary care hospital as a hospital pharmacist. Likewise, Candidates having completed Middle and Retired with the rank of Naik or Equivalent from Army/FC/police.
Similarly, 02 Years of post-qualification experience in a Supervisory Role in a Security service. Besides, SSC (Science) from a recognized Board with Diploma in Pharmacy Technology in KP Medical Faculty or equivalent. Also, 01 year of post-qualification experience in a reputed hospital. Additionally, [CAP (CAF Qualified) / ICMAP (Strategic Level Qualified) / ACCA Affiliate /MBA (Finance) / M.Com (Finance) or equivalent 16 Years of qualification in Finance from an HEC recognized University.
In Addition, 3 years of post-qualification audit experience in a reputable audit firm (Registered with Qualification: SSC (Science) from a recognized Board Year Nursing Assistant Certification from Tertiary care hospital. Meanwhile, 2 years post-qualification experience from Tertiary care hospital. Indeed S.S.C from a recognized Board. 05 years of Post-Qualification experience in OT Assistance in a tertiary care hospital.
Hence Intermediate from a recognized Board with I year of post-qualification experience in Phlebotomy in a reputed hospital. Furthermore, Preferably Literate from a recognized Board with 05 Years post-qualification experience in a reputable public or private sector organization(s). Moreover, Preferably literate with 05 Years of post-qualification experience in reputable public or private sector organizations.
