Moreover, The Company has been providing the bank manpower (clerical and non–clerical staff), security services, sports management services and other support services as per requirements of the bank.
Furthermore, To be a leading Service Provider company with prime focus on agriculture, with versatility in business pursuits to take on any business activity and or venture, which may seem to the company capable of being conveniently carried on up to the entire satisfaction of its customers leading to improved profitability viz a viz financial health of the company.
Particularly, To provide ZTBL and other corporate entities all support/ancillary services so as to enable our clients to concentrate on their core business activities. However, To provide a platform to ZTBL, its borrowers/farming community and agriculture research institutes and companies in agriculture sector for knowledge sharing, introduction of new technologies, research and related activities in a sustainable manner.
Preferred Qualification:
Hence The candidate should have minimum of 10 years of professional experience in HR Management in Public Sector/Private Sector Organization out of which 03 years in Senior Managerial role with effective communication skills and work experience on Formulation of HR policies, their implementation/ interpretation, handling of Complaints, initiation of Disciplinary Action thereon, decisions of Disciplinary Cases and Handling of Appeals in the Company and in the Courts of Law and performance management of Employees etc.
Likewise, Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Similarly, Resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and ensure discipline. Indeed Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results. Meanwhile, Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resource policies and procedures.
